I graduated in 1996 with a degree in Marketing and law.
I worked in the Civil Engineering & Utilities sector for 5 years. Initially, I have been running the company since 2001 and in that time I have introduced new services and businesses under the Happy Hands umbrella.
I am responsible for Client Management, Marketing, Sales, IT & Purchasing, I am focused on growing the business and ensuring that Happy Hands continues to provide the best service in the market.
I have been in Finance for more than 30 years starting out in the airline industry and finally mobile telecommunications. The bulk of my experience has related to credit control, setting systems in place to recover debt.
I am now semi retired and working as a consultant for happy hands with the potential of becoming a partner in the business. I believe that there is great potential for growth and hope that with my experience, together we can move the business forward so that Happy Hands can fulfil its full potential.
I am currently running all aspects of the finance department setting up new systems and procedures. I look forward to working and contributing to the success of Happy Hands.
I started working for Happy Hands in 2008 as a cleaners whilst studying for my book keeping exam. I was transferred to Accounts and through hard work and great support was promoted to Assistant to the Finance Manager. I decided that I needed a change of direction and was promoted to Personal Assistant to the Managing Director.
I am currently the Manager responsible for all clients and cleaners, liaising with Accounts and ensuring we maintain a happy and effective team.
