Happy Hands provides a regular cleaning service across London. At very short notice we can provide a cleaner from a pool of 35 staff.

• Our rate for domestic cleaning services is £12.00 + VAT per hour
• Our minimum service is 3 hours per visit

Our cleaners have worked for many domestic clients’ we currently have more than 100 on our books. We understand that we need to be flexible in order to help you with your hectic working life.

At the point of requesting a cleaner we will ascertain your requirements by establishing the hours and days required. Our minimum hours are three which can be combined as a multiple service for example 2 hour cleaning and one hour ironing. This type of service can be offered on a weekly or fortnightly basis.

As many of our domestic clients work we will arrange for the cleaner to come and visit you at your convenience. This is fundamental as in the first instance it will allow you to show her around your property, for you to express your expectations, show her where you leave your cleaning equipment and also more importantly you will see who is cleaning in your house and whether you would be happy to have her clean your house.

The client is required to provide adequate materials for her visit generally a bottle of bleach and an old cloth will not get your house cleaned. Our regular cleaners have been through rigorous spring clean training and they now that the Happy Hands standard is to clean, dust, deodorize and buff, so that the house smells like a ‘flower shop’.

Ultimately Happy Hands likes consistency we like to keep our cleaners and clients for as many years as possible many of which have been with us for years.

When offering you one of our cleaners our aim is to ensure that you have the same cleaner each visit, that she is honest in her work for you and that you establish a professional relationship in which she becomes a vital member of your household.
